It tastes like it is one of those shops that does not replace the syrup with milk, tea, matcha powder, or etc. They probably replace the sugar syrup with water, simply.

So order 50% or more sugar for maximum cost-benefit ratio. From my analysis, 25% is not enough for taste nor costs savings.
